I’m proud to share that EHTHS Esports won its first championship title today at the county tournament held at Atlantic Cape Community College, which featured schools from across South Jersey. Both our varsity and junior varsity teams finished undefeated, winning their respective brackets. Our JV team is also now back-to-back champions, winning their bracket in 2025 and 2026. What stood out most was the sportsmanship our students showed throughout the competition, earning praise from other coaches for their positivity and willingness to help opponents. Last month, our team also finished as quarterfinalists in the Winter State Championship, and we are excited to build on this success heading into the Spring State Championship.
Our FBLA students also had a strong showing at the 2026 State Leadership Conference. Anasstasia Mytnik placed 3rd in Public Speaking and qualified for the FBLA National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, Texas this summer. Eva Nye, our Chapter President, advanced to the final round in Digital Video Production, and Vidhi Patel was elected FBLA Southern Region Vice President, becoming a New Jersey FBLA State Officer. We are very proud of all of our students who represented EHTHS so well.
